The names of the buildings from top to bottom are (took me quite a while to find):
Basilica Administratum
Manufactorum
Sanctum Imperialis
Shrine Of The Aquila
.
As this was my first year of painting in 2013, things like mixing colors or any other paint than Citadel were way off, and I wanted that specific gold for the Shrine Of The Aquila.
So I ended up in brushing two and a half pots of the dry color Golden Griffon on the Aquila alone until it was finally covering. :P
